Sergey Khusnetdinov
With over a decade of experience working alongside startups, Sergey Khusnetdinov has developed a reputation as a founder-friendly operator who understands both sides of the table — strategy and execution, ambition and discipline.
As Managing Director of Ga^3in Ventures, he has guided dozens of startups through critical growth phases: from early fundraising and refining go-to-market models to building resilient operational frameworks. Sergey brings not just tactical expertise, but a thoughtful, systems-level approach to scaling technology ventures in fast-moving markets.
Sergey Khusnetdinov knows how to bridge ecosystems — he’s not only an active voice in the Web3 and AI space, but also an engaged academic, having collaborated with Duke University and supported initiatives like the Fuqua Blockchain Club.

Mark Rydon
Mark Rydon has walked the path many founders dream of — turning bold ideas into billion-dollar realities. As Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Aethir, Mark helped architect one of the most compelling stories in Web3 infrastructure.
In just two years, Aethir grew from a nascent idea into a $3B+ FDV project, with over $130M raised, a thriving community of 2 million+ members, and 90,000+ node licenses sold. That kind of growth doesn’t happen by accident — it takes clarity of purpose, strong execution, and a deep understanding of what drives adoption in decentralized systems.
Mark is not just a founder — he’s a strategist and investor who understands how to build meaningful, self-sustaining ecosystems. Through his work with Flux Capital and Gas Global, Mark has supported a range of projects across the Web3 and infrastructure landscape, helping them launch, grow, and navigate the volatility of the market.
He brings to Antix a depth of insight into token design, distribution mechanics, community building, and how to create value across large-scale networks. We do believe that his perspective will help sharpen Antix’s roadmap and support the development of scalable, token-aligned growth strategies.
